Community Updates
| VALMONT SHORT TRACK SERIES Every Wednesday in May and June The Valmont Short Track Series is back for something like its 25th year, continuing a great Boulder cycling tradition. We’d love to see BJC alumni come back out, pin on a number, and be part of the fun again. We welcome back Alumni Campbell Watson as the announcer! | TRAIL ACCESS ALERTBoulder County Open Space is planning a pilot project that would restrict mountain bike access by implementing alternate use days for hiking and mountain biking, expanding the system used at Betasso.BJC is opposed to this concept and we believe it is unnecessary. Trail conflict is low and more regulations create more problems than they solve.Take this 5 minute survey no later than Tues. May 19. SRAM x BJC FIELD TRIP We’re heading to the SRAM Product Development HQ in Colorado Springs on June 10!This is not your average field trip. We’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how some of the most cutting-edge equipment in cycling is designed, tested, and brought to life. We’ll be touring the facility, connecting directly with SRAM’s product development team, and then heading out for a ride together. |
