Recently the BJC community was fortunate to have cyclist-chef Lentine Alexis walk us through making our very own rice bowls as a community building quarantine activity. Not only are these rice bowls a great pre-race, recovery, or family meal they are also easy to source, quick to prepare and very delicious!
