REGISTRATION: 2021 spring programs will open Monday, Feb. 8 at 7:00 am on the BJC website. Register here.
We expect all programs to fill quickly. (Summer programs registration will open later this spring.)

PROGRAMS: 2021 Spring Line Up (overview)
Young Devo: Bike skills instruction for age 6-8, with an emphasis on the 3 S’s… Safety. Skills. Stoke! April 14 – May 2. Choose Wednesdays or Saturdays. (Link)
Devo MTB: Mountain biking for age 9-14. March 29 -May 27 (9 weeks). Choose Tues/Thurs or Mon/Wed. (Link)
Shredders: Enduro and gravity program for experienced riders ages 12-18. March 30 – May 27 (9 weeks) Practices Mon/Wed. All riders must contact Shredders Lead Coach Ben Robles by Feb. 15 to apply to the team. (Link)
Red Squad: Competitive MTB and Road team for experienced high schoolers. March 2 – July 18 (20 weeks) (Link) New athletes should contact Coach Joe before registering.

WELCOME TREK: We are happy to announce that Trek is the new official bike of BJC, and the Trek Store Boulder becomes an official BJC bike shop. They are located at 2626 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80305. Phone is 303-413-0228 and they are open for business. The shop is managed by Chris Arterburn, a veteran bicycle expert and longtime supporter of our community.
Due to the pandemic inventories are extremely low and there are wait times of several months for nearly all popular mountain bikes. If you need a bike, don’t delay!

- NICA ATHLETE PURCHASE PROGRAM: Athletes on NICA teams are eligible for 25% off retail on Trek mountain bikes and Bontrager shoes and helmets. Bikes must be special ordered.
- BIKE FITTING: Winter is an ideal time to get a proper bike fit, and BJC members can get a Level 1 fit for $65. (regular price is $129.) Highly encouraged!

RACE CALENDAR: Here’s a google sheet with a broad list of races this season. The list includes many events across disciplines and is crowd-sourced and editable by anyone. We’ll choose the BJC team races from this list.
SCHOLARSHIPS: BJC offers financial support for families who qualify. Applications for scholarships are welcome anytime, but we prefer them before the program starts. Details here.
WELCOME JONI SEVERSON: We’re pleased to welcome longtime BJC friend Joni Severson as our new Office Manager.
