Registration Tips:
-Registration is completed using a service called Team Snap.
-When you register, you’ll be prompted to create an account or use an existing Team Snap account.
-The account must be in the parent’s name, not the athlete’s name!
–You will need a headshot photo of the athlete ready to upload when you register.
-Test the process in advance on this mock registration.
-Programs are capped and fill quickly. If a program is full you can add your name to a waitlist and we’ll contact you if a spot opens up.
-Please study the details about each individual program before you sign up.
-You must attend 80% of offered practices. Prorated fees are not offered. Please do not register if you can’t attend 80%.
-The names of carpool partners can be entered during registration but we can’t promise all requests can be met.
-Devo MTB riders must have a minimum of 26” wheels and disc brakes.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE: We strongly encourage families to contact us about assistance paying for program fees, equipment/clothing costs, and racing costs. Finances should never be a reason a family can’t join our team! BJC has a scholarship fund set aside for this purpose, and we are honored to provide nearly $20,000 in financial scholarships and equipment every year. Details here. While some BJC programs sell out very quickly, we always hold spots open for those kids who might be a scholarship candidate. You won’t lose your spot on the team! Applications are welcome anytime, but we prefer to receive them at least a month in advance of the program start date if possible. We look forward to all inquiries.
